Legend of Korra Cosplay

In September of 2012, I made my first cosplay outfit for Anime Weekend Atlanta. I chose to portray Korra, from The Last Airbender: Legend of Korra.

I'm not very good with hair, so,  I stay away from using wigs. It's nice though, makes the costume more of a personal integration rather than imitation. I really want my next cosplay to be of Altair from the game series Assassin's Creed.

Three Little Birds...

I might redo this once I get a machine with Painter running and do it more cartoony and happy. :-) These birds look kind of sad. Lol! ...but yea, it's been a while. Trying to get back in the groove, and maybe I can start doing portraits again...

Comic Resume

Still working on my own personal project of making an interactive resume in a comic strip like style. Here's a preview since all of the little drawings are done. I'm doing this to get some more practice with HTML5, CSS3, and JQuery to use some aspects of the languages I have not used yet. I'm contemplating doing one that shows off hobbies and such or doing a comic "About Me" page. But we shall see about that later. First this project needs to be finished.

Side note: I want to start back doing digi-portraits very soon when I figure out the situation with my resources.

New Cartoon Me!

Turntable Box

Made this in my undergrad art class "Computers as a Creative Tool" in 2008. Emphasis on computers as a tool...meaning one of many. So basically a mixed media class. The turntable just lifts out like a box top and is supported by wood beams along the sides of the box.

Mediums:
Box (outside) - Wood (6.5in x 5.5in x 4.5in) with pasted on computer graphic graffiti art
Box (inside and bottom) - Black Felt
Turntable - Desktop hard drive, spray paint, and pasted on graphics

This box currently contains all of my guitar tools and accessories :-)
